2016-187 Borough Council approve the renewal of Clearwater Village LLC Mobile Home Park License for the year 2017.
2016-188 Borough Council accepts resolution setting forth the agenda meeting dates and time set for the year 2017.
2016-189 Borough Council authorize the award of Emergency Generator Maintenance services to EMR Power Systems for another one year,2016-190 retroactively back to March 10,2016 thru March 10, 2017.
2016-190 Resolution authorizing final pay estimate No. 3 and final close-out and change order for water system interconnection in the amount of $4,872.57 subject to contractor submitting payroll and manning report and a one year maintenance bond in the amount of $22,873.28.
2016-191 Resolution to provide for the transfer of year 2016 budget appropriations.
