2007-1 Temporary Budget for 2007.
2007-2 Mayor appoints Lorraine Nielsen as Municipal Prosecutor and Christine Heitmann as alternate Municipal Prosecutor, for a period of one year ending 12/31/07 for a salary of $12,190 that will not exceed $17,500, with advice and consent of the Borough Council.
2007-3 Borough Council authorize Chief Financial Officer, during the year 2007, to pay invoices for insurance premiums, public utility services, debt and payroll, and public contracts.

Payment of bills.
2007-5 Borough Council authorize the appointment of Mayor Barry H. Zagnit to sign any and all permits and applications with the State of New Jersey DEP.
2007-6 Borough Council hereby appoints Margaret Drozd, Councilwoman, as member of the Housing and Community Development Committee for the year 2007.
2007-7 Resolution canceling unexpended balance of reserve for reval.
