ORDINANCE 2008-01

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING THE SALARY ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF SPOTSWOOD ENTITLED "AN AMENDMENT TO AN ORDINANCE FIXING AND ESTABLISHING THE SALARIES AND WAGES OF CERTAIN EMPLOYEES OF THE BOROUGH OF SPOTSWOOD, COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX, STATE OF NEW JERSEY."

2008-1 2008 Temporary Budget for the Borough of Spotswood

2008-2 Borough Council authorize the request for 2003 CDBG funded ADA Access balance of $2190.00 be transferred to the 2007 Safe Housing Program balance.

2008-3 Borough Council appoint Councilwoman Margaret Drozd as a member of the Housing and Community Development Committee for the year 2008.

2008-4 Reduction of performance bond for improvements for Outcalt Avenue as determined by CME, Borough Engineer, inspection and all outstanding engineering inspection and/or other borough fees be paid.

2008-5 Award of contract for bid on In-Car Digital Video Recording System found as the lowest most responsible bidder and rejection of bid from Quality Communications for both items due to certain irregularities in bid packet.

2008-6 Advice and consent of the Borough Council to reappoint Frederick D. Roselli as the Municipal Public Defender for the year 2008.

2008-7 Advice and consent of the Borough Council to reappoint Lorraine Nielsen of the firm of Shamy, Shipers & Lonski as Municipal Prosecutor for the year 2008.
