2010-001 Temporary Budget for 2010.

2010-002 Borough Council designates Ron Fasanello as Borough of Spotswood’s Public Agency Compliance Officer for the year 2010.

2010-003 Borough Council authorize Mayor Barlow to sign any and all permits and applications with the State of New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection.

2010-004 Borough Council appoint Councilwoman Drozd as a member of the HCD Committee for the year 2010.

2010-005 Professional Service Contract with CME to provide engineering services for the purpose of project known as gravity sewer line for the public works building not to exceed $11,289.00.
