AN ORDINANCE TO EXCEED THE MUNICIPAL BUDGET APPROPRIATION LIMITS AND TO ESTABLISH A CAP BANK FOR 2007 CALENDAR YEAR.

2007-8 Final close out change order request for 2005 Capital Improvements for (NJDOT Funding: Michael Road) recommended by CME Associates, Engineer for the Borough of Spotswood.
2007-9 Resolution canceling unexpended 2006 budget appropriations.
2007-10 Mayor and Borough Council oppose S-457 and A-3870 called the "time of decision" rule. (see attached)
2007-11 Tax Collector authorized to refund $197.93 to property owners of Block 1.85, Lot 3.1. Said over payment was due to a duplicate payment on the added assessment taxes.
2007-12 Tax Collector authorized to refund $181.22 to property owners of Block 11, Lot 4. Said over payment due to over payment in 2005/2006.
2007-13 Tax Collector authorized to refund 84.78 to property owners of Block 110.12, Lot 5 due to omitted 2005 and 2006 for added assessment.
2007-14 Tax collector authorized to refund $345.04 to property owners of Block 10.2, Lot 17 due to adjusted 2006 added assessment to property.
2007-15 Ron Fasanello, Administrator designated as the borough's Public Agency Compliance Officer for the year 2007.
2007-16 Borough Council authorize the appropriate officials of the borough to enter into a contract with Gerard Stankiewicz, CPA, RMA as Municipal Auditor for year 2007.
2007-17 Borough Council authorize the appropriate officials of the borough to enter into an agreement between Sayrebrook Veterinary Hospital and the Borough of Spotswood for the year 2007.
2007-18 Borough Council authorize CME Associates to prepare professional engineering service in connection with the preparation of plans and specifications, bid phase services, and construction administration for the project known as Water Main Cleaning and Relining of Wyoming Avenue and the borough Clerk to advertise for said bids.
2007-19 Payment of bills
2007-20 As recommended by Borough Engineer change order No. 2 for roadway improvements to Jackson, Wilhelm and Walnut for additional work for improved service to the residents of the borough.
2007-21 Borough Council does so wish to reappoint Frederick D. Roselli of the firm of Roselli and Roselli, South river New Jersey as Municipal Public Defender for an annual salary of $2800 for the year 2007.
