ORDINANCE 01-2009

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING THE SALARY ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF SPOTSWOOD ENTITLED "AN AMENDMENT TO AN ORDINANCE FIXING AND ESTABLISHING THE SALARIES AND WAGES OF CERTAIN EMPLOYEES OF THE BOROUGH OF SPOTSWOOD, COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX, STATE OF NEW JERSEY."

ORDINANCE 02-2009

AN ORDINANCE REGULATING PARKING, STOPPING AND STANDING ON THE FOLLOWING: (1) A PORTION OF PROPERTY BORDERING MAIN STREET IN THE BOROUGH OF SPOTSWOOD AND LEASED FROM CONSOLIDATED RAIL CORP.", (2) ON BLOCK 48, LOT 1, (3) ON BLOCK 46, LOT 5

2009-12 Appropriation reserve transfers within the 2008 budget during the first three months of the following year.

2009-13 Professional Service Agreement with CME and the Borough to perform review of the plans prepared by the Township of East Brunswick for reconstruction of Old Stage Road between Brunswick Avenue and Crescent Avenue, known as Phase II.

2009-14 Borough Council authorize the award of contract to Big Daddy Construction for the Mundy Avenue Park Improvements as the lowest most responsible bidder for this project after review by CME Associates and Borough Attorney.

2009-15 Borough Council authorize the appropriate officials to enter into an interlocal agreement with the Township of North Brunswick for the routine maintenance and repair functions for Spotswood's motor vehicles.

2009-16 Borough Council, with Advice and Consent to Mayor Barlow to reappoint Seth Kurs as Alternate Municipal Prosecutor for a term of one year.

2009- 17 Renewal of 2009 Wrecker Licenses for Police Towing List.
