ORDINANCE TO EXCEED THE MUNICIPAL BUDGET APPROPRIATION LIMITS AND TO ESTABLISH A CAP BANK (N.J.S.A. 40A: 4-45.14)

2017-34 Borough Council authorize the Clerk to issue wrecker licenses to said listed wreckers for the year 2017 as all vehicles have been inspected by the Spotswood Police Department and approved by the Chief of Police.
2017-35 Borough Council authorize the retaining of special council, David Lonski, Esq. to represent the Borough in any and all 2017 residential and commercial tax appeal proceedings for a fee not to exceed $5,000.00.
2017-36 Borough Council authorized pay estimate No. 7 for project known as Daniel Road Water Treatment Plant Upgrades in the amount of $51,062.90 for work completed work December 8, 2016 to January 5, 2017 to B&H Contracting, Inc. with stipulation of contractor providing the necessary certified payroll records and project manning reports.
2017-37 Borough Council authorizes Mayor Seely to execute and agreement between the Borough and Dawn McDonald, B.A. This agreement shall be full force and effect retroactive back to January 1, 2017 and shall remain in effect up to and including December 31, 2020.
