ORDINANCE 2010-01

CALENDAR YEAR 2010 ORDINANCE TO EXCEED THE MUNICIPAL BUDGET APPROPRIATION LIMITS AND TO ESTABLISH A CAP BANK (N.J.S.A. 40A: 4-45.14)

2010-013 Temporary Emergency Appropriation #1.

2010-014 Borough Council authorized the appropriate officials to enter into a contract with Gerard Stankiewicz, Registered Municipal Auditor to do auditing for the Borough of Spotswood for the year 2010.

2010-015 Borough Council authorized the Municipal Clerk to issue a license to Perry and Fernando Giancola to operate a junkyard in the Borough for the year 2010.

2010-016 Borough Council authorized CME Associates to perform professional engineering services and bid documents for Streetscape Improvements along the eastern end of Main Street not to exceed $13,262.00.

2010-017 Borough Council authorized CME Associates to perform professional engineering services cost estimates for various road improvements not to exceed $58,381.00.

2010-018 Borough Council authorize the appropriate officials to execute all instruments necessary to complete a contract with Cambria Automotive Companies, Inc. for the purchase of a New Refuse Truck, the only bidder for said Truck.

2010-019 Mayor and Council concur with the recommendations of the Citizen’s Advisory Committee who met on February 4, 2010 for the allocation of $45,900.00 Grant from CDBG for the year 2010.

2010-020 Payment of Bills.
