2009-20 Borough Council authorize CME Associates to prepare and submit a proposed transfer of funds from Housing & Community Development grants from 2006, 2007 and 2008.

2009-21 Borough Council authorize the CFO to pay $12,693.30 for redemption of tax sale certificate #070008 to CCTS Tax Liens I, LLC for property known as block 108 lot 35.

2009-22 Borough Council authorize the award of contract to First Priority Emergency Vehicles, Inc. for the purchase of an emergency medical vehicle who was the lowest most responsible bidder on this item in the amount of $60,158.00 as recommended by borough engineer and borough attorney.

2009-23 Borough Council authorize the granting of a wrecker license to Monroe Auto Body for the police tow list for 2009.

2009-24 Borough Council authorize the Mayor and Borough Clerk to execute an inter local agreement with the Borough of Helmetta for the purpose of receiving Animal Control Officer Services for the years 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012.

2009-25 Borough Council authorize the Mayor and Borough Clerk to execute an inter local agreement with the Borough of Helmetta for the purpose of receiving Code Enforcement Officer Services for the years 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012.

2009-26 Renewal authorization with Sayrebrook Veterinary Hospital, P.A. for compensation for veterinary services for the year 2009.

2009-27 Renewal authorization with Sayreville Pet Adoption Center for shelter services for year 2009.

2009-28 Borough Council authorize the award of contract to GenServe Inc. for the furnishing and installation of an emergency generator for the Fire Department who was the lowest most responsible bidder on this item in the amount of $56,119.90. Funds for this generator will be from FEMA Grant and HCD funds as recommended by borough engineer and borough attorney.

2009-29 Borough Council authorize the award of contract to J. Fletcher Craemer & Son, Inc. for the water main cleaning and cement lining-phase III-C who was the lowest most responsible bidder in the amount of $496,401.00 as recommended by borough engineer and borough attorney.

2009-30 Third party redemption of New Jersey Homestead Rebate in the amount of $105.79 for property known as Block 10.1, Lot 1.

2009-31 Advice and consent of the Borough Council to reappoint Frederick D. Roselli as the Municipal Public Defender for the year 2009.

2009-32 Borough Council by advice and consent is hereby given to enable Chief Karl Martin to serve as Emergency Management Coordinator for a three year period retroactive back to September 9, 2008 thru September 9, 2011.

2009-33 Borough Council authorize the appropriate officials to execute a contract with the Spotswood School Crossing Guards, including amendments for a period of January 1, 2009 thru December 31, 2011.

2009-34 Mayor and Borough Council concur with the recommendations of the Citizen's Advisory Committee for the allocation of $45,900.00 grant from CDBG for 2009.

2009-35 Renewal of 2009 Junkyard License.

2009-36 Appropriation transfers within the 2008 budget.

2009-37 Temporary emergency appropriation #1.

2009-38 Payment of Bills.
