2018-46 Property owner of Block 6, Lot 3 C03-1 has paid the necessary sum to redeem Borough of Spotswood Tax Sale Certificate #15-00002 and CFO is authorized to pay the sum of $5,843.94 to Public Tax Investments all premiums, taxes, interest and cost due to them.
2018-47 Borough Council authorize that Kimm Zielinski be appointed as Part-Time Deputy to the Municipal Clerk as of February 26, 2018 with a part time compensation of $18.00 per hour in accordance with Borough Salary Ordinance 2016-8.
2018-48 Mayor and Borough Council after appropriate public hearings held by the Housing and Community Development Citizen's Advisory Committee, agree on the communities suggested appropriation of the 2018 CDGB allotment to the Borough per resolution.
2018-49 Mayor and Borough Council ratify the pay estimate No 2 in the amount of $51,891.00 and Change Order in the amount of $7,500.00 be paid to WHL Enterprises, Inc., T/A Bill Leary A/C & Heating for a project known as Spotswood Municipal Building HVAC.
2018-50 Temporary Emergency budget appropriations required for the normal operation of the government due to the fact that the 2018 budget is not adopted yet.
2018-51 Resolution Opposing the legalization of Recreational Marijuana.
