ORDINANCE - 1ST READING - PUBLIC HEARING MARCH 9, 2009

ORDINANCE 03-2009:

AN ORDINANCE TO SUPPLEMENT AND AMEND THE CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF SPOTSWOOD, CHAPTER 151 THEREOF ENTITLED "PEDDLING AND SOLICITING" BY ADDING NEW SECTIONS 151-46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, AND 54 ESTABLISHING REGULATIONS AND PERMIT REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PLACEMENT AND USE OF CHARITABLE CLOTHING BINS THROUGHOUT THE BOROUGH.

2009-39 Mayor and Borough Clerk authorized to execute a one (1) year agreement with Bollinger Fowler Co. for dental insurance plan for Borough Employees.

2009-40 Appoint a substitute crossing guard for the year 2009 effective February 17, 2009.

2009-41 Authorize the Mayor and Borough Clerk to execute a contract agreement with the County of Middlesex for the continuation of Middlesex County Department of Aging funding for 2009 for provision of residential maintenance services, in the amount of $4,000.

2009-42 Authorize the Mayor and Borough Clerk to execute a contract agreement with the County of Middlesex for the continuation of Middlesex County Department of Aging funding for 2009 for provision of information & assistance services, in the amount of $7,000.

2009-43 Payment of Bills.
