ORDINANCE 2008-02

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF SPOTSWOOD, CHAPTER 120 THEREOF ENTITLED "LAND DEVELOPMENT" BY ADDING NEW SECTIONS 120-518 AND 804B (40) AND AMENDING SECTION 120-1002.

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF SPOTSWOOD, CHAPTER 174 ENTITLED "SOLID WASTE" BY AMENDING SECTIONS 174-15, 174-22, AND 174-23 THEREOF.

RESOLUTIONS - UNDER CONSENT AGENDA

2008-37 Borough Council authorize the Mayor and Administration to execute a one year renewal agreement with Bollinger Fowler Company of Short Hills, NJ for dental insurance plan for Borough Employees.

2008-38 Borough Engineer authorize the release of performance bond for property known as Block 84, lots 14-17 and Block 84, Lots 13-17 and the waiving of a maintenance bond since the required period of time has passed for a period of four years.

2008-39 Tax Collector authorized to refund tax over payment to First American Real Estate Tax Service for property known as Block 85.3, Lot 3 in the amount of $1,292.12 due to a duplicate payment.

2008-40 Tax Collector authorized to refund $256.37 to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage for property known as Block 109.9, lot 3 for water/sewer charges due to partial payment by homeowners.

2008-41 Payment of Bills.
