2007-36 Borough Council authorize the CFO to refund road opening bond of $1000.00 for block 69, Lot 6.
2007-37 Borough Council authorize the CFO to refund road opening bond of $1000.00 for block 33.3, Lot 1.1.
2007-38 Tax Collector authorized to refund to First American Real Estate Tax Service $543.88 for 1st quarter 2007 taxes. Tax over-payment due to payment made by homeowner and mortgage company for property known as Block 30, Lot 7.4.
2007-39 Tax Collector authorized to refund to Countrywide Tax Service $1,077.83 for 1st quarter 2007 taxes. Tax over-payment due to payment made by homeowner and mortgage company for property known as Block 85.3, Lot 3.
2007-40 Tax Collector authorized to refund to Glen @ East Brunswick $256.48 for 1st quarter 2007 taxes. Tax overpayment due to parcel was part of a subdivision and has been removed from the 2007 tax duplicate by the Assessor, property known as Block 30, Lot 7.1.
2007-41 Borough Council authorize final close out change order request of J. Fletcher Creamer & Sons, Inc. in the amount of $24,001.05 subject to posting of a one year maintenance bond in the amount of $26,422.41 by said contractor.
2007-42 Renewal of Employee Dental Insurance.
2007-43 Renewal of taxi owner and taxicab licenses for year 2007.
2007-44 Borough Council authorize the appropriate officials to notify United Water that the Borough is exercising its option to renew the contract for operation and management of the Borough's Water Treatment Plants, for an additional five years ending on March 31, 2012 with a modified condition for the Borough to terminate if circumstances change.
2007-45 Borough Council endorse the submission of a Municipal Recycling Tonnage Grant Application to the NJDEP and designate the Department of Public Works Director to ensure that the said application is properly filed.
