ORDINANCE – 2ND READING – PUBLIC HEARING

ORDINANCE 2010-02

AN ORDINANCE UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF PUBLIC LAW 2009, CHAPTER 136 MOVING A MUNICIPAL ELECTION OF UNIFORM NON-PARTISAN ELECTIONS LAW HOLDING A MAY ELECTION. A MUNICIPALITY MAY CHOOSE TO MOVE THE ELECTION FROM THE SECOND TUESDAY OF MAY TO THE FIRST TUESDAY AFTER THE FIRST MONDAY IN NOVEMBER WITHOUT CHANGING THE UNIFORM NON-PARTISAN STATUS.
