ORDINANCE 2008-02

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF SPOTSWOOD, CHAPTER 120 THEREOF ENTITLED "LAND DEVELOPMENT" BY ADDING NEW SECTIONS 120-518 AND 804B (40) AND AMENDING SECTION 120-1002.

ORDINANCE 2008-03

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF SPOTSWOOD, CHAPTER 174 ENTITLED "SOLID WASTE" BY AMENDING SECTIONS 174-15, 174-22, AND 174-23 THEREOF.

2008-41 Borough Council authorize the CFO to refund registration for Spotswood Senior Softball in the amount of $25.00 to certain registrants due to low registration for a team.

2008-42 Resolution opposing the failure of the Governor's proposed State Budget for the 2008-2009 fiscal year to treat property tax relief as our priority.

2008-43 Temporary emergency appropriation #1

2008-44 Borough Council authorize the Mayor, CFO and Chief of Police to sign the Click It or Ticket seat belt campaign grant application in the amount of $4,000 for overtime enforcement.

2008-45 Payment of Bills.

PROCLAMATION - Mayor proclaims March as "Brain Injury Awareness Month.
