BOND ORDINANCE AMENDING IN ITS ENTIRETY BOND ORDINANCE NO. 2006-15, ADOPTED JUNE 19, 2006 ENTITLED “BOND ORDINANCE AMENDING IN ITS ENTIRETY BOND ORDINANCE NO. 2006-8, ADOPTED APRIL 3, 2006 ENTITLED: ‘BOND ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS IN THE BOROUGH OF SPOTSWOOD, APPROPRIATING $670,000 THEREFORE AND AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $95,000 OF BONDS AND NOTES OF THE BOROUGH FOR FINANCING PART OF THE COST FOR THE IMPROVEMENTS AUTHORIZED TO BE UNDERTAKEN IN AND BY THE BOROUGH OF SPOTSWOOD, IN THE COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX, NEW JERSEY,’ TO INCREASE THE APPROPRIATION TO $900,000 AND THE AUTHORIZED BONDS AND NOTES TO $305,000 AND TO MAKE SUCH OTHER CONFORMING CHANGES AS NECESSARY” TO INCREASE THE APPROPRIATION TO $1,245,000 AND THE AUTHORIZED BONDS AND NOTES TO $358,000 AND TO MAKE SUCH OTHER CONFORMING CHANGES AS NECESSARY.

2009-50 Appropriation Reserve transfers within the 2008 budget during the first three months of the following year.

2009-51 Temporary Emergency Appropriation #2.

2009-52 Professional service contract for CME to submit construction administration services for the purpose of the installation of a new generator at the main street fire house for a cost not to exceed $5888.00.

2009-53 Payment of Bills.

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING

INTRODUCTION OF 2009 MUNICIPAL BUDGET.

2009-54 Budget resolution for the Introduction of the 2009 Municipal Budget. A public hearing on the budget will be held at the Spotswood Municipal Building on April 20, 2009 at 7:00 PM at which time and place objections to said budget and tax resolution for the year 2009 may be presented by taxpayers or other interested persons and said public hearing may be adjourned from time to time until the hearing is closed.
