RESOLUTIONS - UNDER CONSENT AGENDA

2015-65 Borough Council authorize the Amendment of resolution 2015-61 salary resolution due to a discrepancy on one salary.
2015-66 Borough Council endorse the submission of a municipal recycling tonnage grant application to the NJDEP and designates David Sliker as coordinator, working under John Mayer, Director of Public Works, to ensure the application is properly filed.
2015-67 Borough Council authorize the appropriate officials to execute the renewal of an interlocal agreement for the provision of recycling collection and marketing services of designated recyclables between the MCIA and the Borough for a three year period commencing March 30, 2015 thru March 30, 2018. MCIA has gone out to bid and the company picking up recyclables is Central Jersey Waste and Recycling.
2015-68 Advice and consent of the Borough Council is hereby given so as to enable Dilworth Paxon, LLP to serve as Bond Counsel and that Mayor Poliseno be authorized to execute a contract with said company setting forth the terms of compensation.
2015-69 A resolution authorizing the Borough of Spotswood to enter into a cooperative pricing agreement with the Cranford Police Cooperating Pricing System as the lead agency for the purchase of goods and services priced cooperatively may include police vehicles and such other items. Borough Council authorize the appropriate officials to execute said agreement for entering in a cooperative pricing system.
2015-70 Resolution known and cited as the Cooperative Pricing resolution of the Borough of Spotswood to purchase two 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe, 4 WD Suv's from Mall Chevrolet as goods and services for a total of $66,390 via Cranford Coop Contract for Police Vehicles #47-CPCPS.
2015-71 Professional Service resolution for visual structural review of the existing EMS building to document areas that require structural repair and prepare a report which outlines findings, which will indicate the necessary repairs and estimate of repair costs based on prescriptive review for a fee not to exceed $12,750.00.
2015-72 Professional Service resolution authorizing French & Parrello to provide a 2015 regular inspection of the DeVoe Lake Dam for a fee not to exceed $3100.00.
2015-73 Borough Council authorize the Finance Officer of Utility Revenue to make Utility Credits to account 10000167-0 and 20001143-0 in the appropriate amounts.
2015-74 Borough Council authorize the appropriate officials to enter into an interlocal agreement for the purpose of resurfacing certain roadways in the Borough.
