2007-61 Borough Council authorize CME Associates to perform professional engineering service in connection with the preparation of plans and specs, bid phase services and construction administration for project known as Water Main Cleaning and Relining of Wyoming Avenue and Borough Clerk authorized to advertise for bids.
2007-62 Borough Council authorize the CFO to release the balance of escrow in the amount of $100.00 for Zoning Board Escrow to property owners of Block 88.3, Lot 12.
2007-63 Borough Council authorize the appropriate officials to execute a grant application from Middlesex County in the amount of $4,000 for the purpose of Residential Maintenance Services for seniors to the Office on Aging.
2007-64 Borough Council authorize the appropriate officials to execute a grant application from Middlesex County in the amount of $9,000 for the purpose Information & Assistance for seniors to the Office on Aging.
2007-65 Borough Council authorize the appropriate officials to execute a contract with Fras-Air Contracting, who after quotes requested for aforesaid service was found to have the most responsible quote, for the purpose of Heating, ventilating and air condition equipment maintenance services for the Municipal Building.
2007-66 Payment of Bills.
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
2007-67 Spotswood Borough Council declare the gypsy moth to be a public nuisance and the protection of vegetation or plant life therefrom.
