AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING THE SALARY ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF SPOTSWOOD ENTITLED "AN AMENDMENT TO AN ORDINANCE FIXING AND ESTABLISHING THE SALARIES AND WAGES OF CERTAIN EMPLOYEES OF THE BOROUGH OF SPOTSWOOD, COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX, STATE OF NEW JERSEY."

ORDINANCE - 1ST READING - PUBLIC HEARING - MAY 1, 2006

RESOLUTIONS - UNDER CONSENT AGENDA

2006-53 Borough Council authorize the sale of a 1994 Tennant 810 Sweeper to the Spotswood Board of Education for a fee of  $1.00 in its as is condition.

2006-54 Borough Council appoint Dawn McDonald as the part time Confidential Assistant to the Borough Clerk at an hourly rate of $12.50 for 20 hours a week.

2006-55  Borough Council authorize the appropriate officials to execute a memorandum of agreement between The Glen at East Brunswick, LLC, the Borough of Spotswood  and Gary Fleishchhauer in regards to Gordon Avenue right of way.

2006-56         Payment of Bills.
