AN ORDINANCE GRANTING RENEWAL OF MUNICIPAL CONSENT TO COMCAST TO CONSTRUCT, CONNECT, OPERATE AND MAINTAIN A CABLE TELEVISION AND COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM IN THE BOROUGH OF SPOTSWOOD, NEW JERSEY.

ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 2-65, SECTION © OF THE SPOTSWOOD CODE, ADMINISTRATION OF GOVERNMENT ENTITLED “MUNICIPAL AMBULANCE DIVISION” THIRD PARTY PAYMENT PLAN.

2010-043    Reappoint James Nolan, Esq. To represent the Borough of Spotswood as Special Counsel in 2010 for commercial tax appeals not to exceed $500.00.

2010-044    Borough Council authorize the reduction of performance bond posted by developer DeStefano Contracting LLC per CME’s letter of April 8, 2010 recommendation for final major subdivision for property on Brooklyn Avenue.

2010-045    Borough Council authorize the reduction of performance bond posted by developer W/D/DeStefano Contracting LLC per CME’s letter of April 8, 2010 recommendation for preliminary major subdivision for property on Brooklyn Avenue.

2010-046    Payment of bills.

RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
2010-047    Budget resolution for the Introduction of the 2010 Municipal Budget.  A public hearing on the budget will be held at the Spotswood Municipal Building on May 17, 2010 at 7:30 PM at which time and place objections to said budget and tax resolution for the year 2010 may be presented by taxpayers or other interested persons and said public hearing may be adjourned from time to time until the hearing is closed.
