ORDINANCE 09-2009

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF SPOTSWOOD, CHAPTER 2 ENTITLED “ADMINISTRATION OF GOVERNMENT” BY AMENDING SECTION 2-68 OF ARTICLE XI DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, RECREATION AND WELFARE.

2009-68 Mayor and Borough Council oppose the Senate Bill S-2577 known as Age Restricted Housing Conversion Bill and ask that Governor Corzine veto this ill-advised legislation.

2009-69 Payment of Bills.

2009-70 Borough Council authorize the appropriate officials to execute a HVAC maintenance contract with Lance Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc.
