2008-65 Borough Engineer recommends acceptance of the work and that final payment be made to Mario's Concrete & Paving in the amount of $6,083.00 subject to the posting of a one year maintenance bond in the amount of $912.45.

2008-66 CME authorized to prepare plans and specifications and undertake bid phase and construction administration services for improvements to Mundy Avenue Park.

2008-67 Borough Council wishes to establish a part-time Deputy Clerk position and wish to appoint Dawn McDonald as Part-Time Deputy Clerk commencing May 5, 2008 with reappointment at reorganization.

2008-68 Borough Council authorize the appropriate officials to execute a twelve month agreement with UMDNJ for educational presentations to be conducted at the Office On Aging Senior center.

2008- 70 A resolution designating May as "Motorcycle Awareness Month" in the State of New Jersey.
