AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 199, OF THE REVISED GENERAL

ORDINANCES AS ADOPTED BY THE BOROUGH COUNCIL ENTITLED

“VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC” BY AMENDING SUBSECTION 199-11,

“NO STOPPING OR STANDING” AND AMENDING 199-25,

“ENFORCEMENT OF TRAFFIC REGULATIONS ON PRIVATE PROPERTY”

2009-71 Recreation registration fee refunds in the amount of $40 each to Dana Giorgianni and Elizabeth Esposito for the Aerobics Program.

2009-72 Borough Council authorize Borough Clerk to issue carnival license to Immaculate Conception Church.

2009-73 Resolution to cancel taxes deemed uncollectable from prior year in the amount of $5,637.20 for Block 48, Lot 1.

2009-74 Resolution to cancel taxes deemed uncollectable from prior year in the amount of $996.88 for Block 46, Lot 5.

2009-75 Borough Council authorize Mayor and Borough Clerk to execute a shared service agreement with the Borough of Helmetta for the purpose of providing Emergency Medical Services to the Borough of Helmetta for a period of one year commencing June 1, 2009.

2009-76 Borough Council authorize Mayor and Borough Clerk to execute a shared service agreement with the Borough of Helmetta for the purpose of providing reciprocal emergency water service.
