2008-71 Borough Council authorize the Tax Collector to refund utility bill over payment of $254.30.
2008-72 Borough Council authorize the Tax Collector to refund utility bill over payment of $407.17.
2008-73 Borough Council authorize the Tax Collector to refund utility bill over payment of $136.20.
2008-74 Borough Council authorize the CFO to pay sum of $15,671.99 for tax sale certificate #060001 and $11400.00 for premium that was paid by the lien holder on the day of the tax sale for property known as Block 6, Lot 12.
2008-75 Borough Council endorses the submission of a Municipal Recycling Tonnage Grant Application to the NJ DEP and designates Jean Paul Mayer, Public Works Director to ensure that the application is properly filed.
2008-76 Appropriate officials are authorized to execute documents to purchase Air Paks and all necessary equipment through State Contract for the Spotswood Fire Department.
2007-77 Payment of Bills
