ORDINANCE - 2nd  READING - PUBLIC HEARING 

ORDINANCE 2014-04
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE BOROUGH OF SPOTSWOOD BY AMENDING CHAPTER 199 "VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC", ARTICLE III, TRAFFIC REGULATIONS, SECTION 199-17 "STOP INTERSECTIONS DESIGNATED", SCHEDULE VII ENTITLED "STOP INTERSECTIONS".
   
    
RESOLUTIONS - UNDER CONSENT AGENDA

2014-85    Finance Officer of Utility Revenue is authorized to make a refund adjustment  to certain utility accounts.

2014-86    Borough Council authorize the appropriate officials to apply for a grant "Click It or Ticket" seat belt campaign for May 2014  & sign the grant application.

2014-87      N.J.S.A. 40A:4-78b has authorized the Local Finance Board to adopt rules that permit municipalities in sound fiscal condition to assume the responsibility, normally granted to the Director of the Division of Local Government Services, of conducting the annual budget examination.
2014-88    Mayor and Borough Council are desirous of selling surplus property in an "as is" condition and the sale of surplus property shall be conducted through Gov Deals pursuant to State Contract A-83453/T2581 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the State Contract.  The terms and conditions of the agreement entered into with Gov Deals is available online at govdeals.com.

2014-89    Mayor and Borough Council authorize the waiving of Municipal Permit Fees to certain residents for the replacement of hot water heaters damaged due to poor water quality in the Schoenly School Area.

2014-90    Payment of Bills

2014-91    The Borough of Spotswood is providing notice to East Brunswick Township of its desire to extend the existing Agreement for shared services supply and pump agreement for supplying and distributing water to the Borough for an additional five (5) years ending August 1, 2019.
