2006-70        Borough Council authorizes CFO to refund road opening bond of $1,000 to the Glenn @ East Brunswick, LLC.

2006-71        Borough Council approves the list of Spotswood Volunteer Fire Department Members who have met the criteria for the year 2005 LOSAP annual contribution.

2006-72        Authorize Borough Clerk to sign amended twelve page application for expansion of premises for the American Legion Herman Lettau Post 253.

2006-73        Borough Council accept the bid for  water main cleaning and relining in accordance with the plans and specs and  authorize  and direct the appropriate officials of the Borough to execute all instruments necessary to complete the contract with J. Fletcher Creamer & Son, Inc. who was the lowest most responsible bidder in the amount of $197,950.

2006-74        Temporary emergency appropriation #3 insertion into the temporary 2006 municipal budget.

2006-75        Audit of utility Bills - gas and electric

2006-76        Payment of Bills
