AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE BOROUGH OF SPOTSWOOD BY AMENDING SUBSECTION 91-7, MUNICIPAL FEES OF CHAPTER 91.

2010-055 Adoption of the 2010 Municipal Budget.

2010-056 Resolution requesting release of planning/zoning board escrow for property known as Block 78, Lot 4 in the amount of $250.00 in the Borough of Spotswood.

2010-057 Resolution requesting release of planning board escrow for property known as Block 51, Lot 2 & 3 in the amount of $13,216.00 in the Borough of Spotswood.

2010-058 Resolution authorizing a tax refund for property known as Block 37, Lot 7 in the amount of $2,521.11 due to duplicate payments.

2010-059 Resolution for conducting an annual budget examination by the Chief Financial Officer of the Borough of Spotswood according to N.J.A.C. 5:30-7.2 through 7.5.

2010-060 Bond resolution for potential refund of ‘98 bonds.

2010-061 Payment of Bills

2010-062 Borough Council authorize the appropriate officials to execute an agreement with Middlesex County for the acceptance of a grant for 2010 municipal alliance activities.
