ORDINANCE 10-2009
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 199, OF THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES AS ADOPTED BY THE BOROUGH COUNCIL ENTITLED “VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC” BY AMENDING SUBSECTION 199-11, “NO STOPPING OR STANDING” AND AMENDING 199-25, “ENFORCEMENT OF TRAFFIC REGULATIONS ON PRIVATE PROPERTY”

2009-78 Borough Council endorse the submission of a Municipal Recycling Tonnage Grant Application to the NJ DEP Office of Recycling for the year 2009 and designate Jean Paul Mayer to ensure that the application is properly filed.
2009-79 Borough Council authorize the participation in Middlesex County segment of the statewide system known as NJ Data Exchange and authorized the appropriate officials to execute the memorandum of agreement.
2009-80 Authorize the CFO/Tax Collector to prepare and issue estimated tax bills for the third installment of 2009 taxes.
2009-81 Borough Council authorize CME Associates to proceed with the proposal for additional requirements of the NJDEP for a 10” watermain emergency replacement at Willard Clark Circle Area in the Borough.
2009-82 Borough Council authorize an amendment to resolution 2009-59 a professional service contract for David Himelman to proceed to defend the Borough in a civil action against the Borough adding an additional $10,000 for payment of attorney.
2009-83 Tax Collector authorized to refund to First American Real Estate Tax Service tax overpayments in the amount of $3,122.89, said overpayment due to payments made prior to the payment from First American.
2009-86 Borough Council authorize the appropriate officials to execute an agreement for the COPS Office Grant entitled “Secure Our Schools Program” in the amount of Federal estimated funding of $48,426.65.
2009-87 Borough Council authorize the appropriate officials to execute an agreement for the Cultural History Grant from Middlesex County Cultural and Heritage Commission in the amount of $2,000 and a $500 match from the Borough.
2009-89 Borough Council authorize the appropriate officials to execute an agreement with HUD and CDBG Program for Stimulus Package of additional monies in the amount of $13,540.
