ORDINANCE 08-2007

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 40 OF THE CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF SPOTSWOOD, ENTITLED "ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES", BY ADDING A NEW SUB-SECTION 40-10.

2007-78 The governing body hereby ratifies the procurement of and payment for purchase of an Enhanced M1 Multi Sensor Imaging Platform from IEC Infrared Systems in an amount of $40,309.00.

2007-79 Resolution approving 2006 Borough of Spotswood Volunteer Fire Department LOSAP Participants.

2007-80 Appropriate officials of the Borough are authorized to make final payment to Meco, Inc. contractor in the amount of $4,657.37 for project regarding Jackson St., Wilhelm La. And Walnut St. and for MECO to post a one year maintenance bond in the amount of $40,929.73 with stated conditions.

2007-81 Borough Council authorize the Mayor, CFO and Chief of Police to sign the Click It or Ticket seat belt campaign grant.

2007-82 Payment of Bills.
