RESOLUTIONS – UNDER CONSENT AGENDA

Copies of the resolutions under consent agenda are available for perusal only on the table. Anyone desiring a copy may contact the Clerk after the meeting.

2009-91 Borough Council approve maps produced by CME Associates for the purpose of depicting the location and boundaries of the area on or within 500 fee of a public housing facility, within 500 feet of public parks and within 500 feet of public buildings.

2009-92 Borough Council authorize CFO to refund $50.00 for a recreation program due to participant unable to attend.

2009-93 Borough Council authorize the Municipal Clerk to issue permits for Charitable Clothing Bins placement in the Borough approved by Zoning Officer. Application made by READ Foundation, Inc. of Woodbridge, NJ placed at the American Legion and VFW.

2009-94 Borough Council authorize CME Associates to apply for NJ DOT FY 2010 Trust Fund Grant and the appropriate officials to execute said grant application.

2009-95 Payment of Bills

2009-96 Mayor and Borough Council authorize CME Associates to prepare preliminary design/site plan work on a Recreation Center not to exceed $2500.
