AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 40 OF THE CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF SPOTSWOOD, ENTITLED "ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES", BY ADDING A NEW SUB-SECTION 40-10.

2007-84 Borough Council authorize the CFO to refund overpayment of police services in the amount of $190.48
2007-85 Borough Council requests the Middlesex County Board of Chosen Freeholders to accept the property known as the Zigga Homes, Inc. parcels as part of the Borough's open space priority list and to further consider purchase of said property by the County as open space.
