2017-92 Award of Contract to S&G Paving, Inc. for the project known as "Madie Avenue, Phase II as S&G was the lowest most responsible bidder for this project.
2017-93 Borough Council appoint Kimm Zielinski as Deputy Clerk commencing June 7, 2017 with an increase of hourly wage to $18.00 per hour and re-appointment at reorganization.
2017-94 3rd party tax redemption for tax sale certificate #16-00006 for property known as block 87.0 lot 4 in the Borough of Spotswood in the amount of $265.68, said amount being all taxes, interest and costs due.
2017-95 Chapter 159 providing for insertion of any special item of revenue in the budget of a municipality for Click it or Ticket grant in the amount of $5,500.00.
2017-96 Mayor and Borough Council waive garage sale permit fees for the purpose of the town wide garage sale on June 24th & 25th 2017.
2017-97 Resolution for a close-out change order and final payment for the milling and paving of Crescent Ave., Snowhill St., and Hefron Drive to Middlesex County Department of Infrastructure Management.
2017-98 Pay estimate No. 6 and three (3) change orders for project known as Emergency Services Building increasing contract by $56,455.00, pay estimate No. 6 in the amount of $184,438.94 to JG Drywall LLC.
