ORDINANCE – 1ST READING – PUBLIC HEARING – JULY 6, 2009

ORDINANCE 11-2009

REAPPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AMENDING BOND ORDINANCE 2002-35 VARIOUS WATER-SEWER UTILITY SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS.

2009-97 Borough Council authorize CME Associates to prepare professional engineering services for the project known as the leasing of certain lands owned by the Borough for telecommunication carriers for placement of antennae on the Borough’s standpipe.

2009-98 Borough Council authorize the amendment of resolution 2008-177 for ICON/CME for additional funds for further field investigation on property known as 192 Manalapan Road in the Borough.

2009-99 Resolution for approval to submit a grant application and execute a grant agreement with the New Jersey Department of transportation for the 2010 Roadway Improvements.

2009-100 Borough Council authorize the Municipal Clerk to issue renewal licenses for 2009-2010 year of the liquor licensees in the Borough of Spotswood.

2009-101 Temporary Emergency Appropriation #3

2009-102 Renewal of interlocal with East Brunswick Township and the Borough of Spotswood for the purpose of supplying water to reduce the Borough’s reliance upon ground water, which contract provides a term of five years in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40:62-49.
