ORDINANCE – 2nd READING – PUBLIC HEARING

ORDINANCE 2010-08

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE BOROUGH OF SPOTSWOOD BY REPLACING CHAPTER 101, FLOOD DAMAGE PREVENTION IN ITS ENTIRETY AND REPLACING IT WITH NEW FLOOD DAMAGE PREVENTION ORDINANCE.

2010-067 Chapter 159 – State of New Jersey, Municipal Court Alcohol Education, Rehabilitation & Enforcement Fund in the amount of $1,910.38.

2010-068 Authorizing final close-out & change order for the H.C.D. Handicap Access Improvements to Mario’s Concrete & Paving Co., Inc. in the amount of $14,359.02 subject to a one year maintenance bond in the amount of $2,153.85.

2010-069 Authorizing final close-out & change order for the Gravity sewer line at the public works building to Mario’s Concrete & Paving Co., Inc. in the amount of $30,432.00 subject to a one year maintenance bond in the amount of $4,564.80.

2010-070 Borough Council authorize the appropriate officials of the Borough to execute an application for the Cultural History Grant from Middlesex County Cultural and Heritage Commission in the amount of $2,000.
