ORDINANCE 09-2007
AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF SPOTSWOOD, IN THE COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE ENTERING INTO, EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF A LEASE AND AGREEMENT WITH THE MIDDLESEX COUNTY IMPROVEMENT AUTHORITY RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF COUNTY-GUARANTEED CAPITAL EQUIPMENT LEASE REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 2007 OF THE MIDDLESEX COUNTY IMPROVEMENT AUTHORITY.

2007-111 Borough Council authorize the CFO to refund the cash bond in the amount of $500.00 to the Church of the Immaculate Conception.
2007-112 Borough of Spotswood has determined that continued membership in the MCMJIF is in the best interest of the Borough and authorized the appropriate officials to execute an Indemnity and Trust Agreement signifying continued membership for a three year period.
2007-113 CFO is authorized to pay the sum of $6,007.70 for tax sale certificate #060007 and also $500.00 premium that was paid at the time of sale for property known at Bl. 94.6, Lot 50 to purchaser of said tax certificate.
2007-114 CFO authorized to release $250.00 balance of escrow posted for Zoning Board Application for property known at Bl. 109-3, Lot 10 in the Borough.
