2010-088 CFO authorized to pay the sum of $778.22 for redemption of tax sale certificate for property known at block 10.1 lot 2 in the Borough of Spotswood.

2010-089 Appropriate officials authorized to execute the Safe Housing and Transportation grant application in the amount of $4,000 from the County of Middlesex Office on Aging.

2010-090 Appropriate officials authorized to execute the Older Americans Act funding grant application in the amount of $9,000 from the County of Middlesex Office on Aging.

2010-091 Appropriate officials authorized to renew a shared service agreement with the Borough of Helmetta for the purpose of providing Emergency Medical Services for one (1) extended year, from June 1, 2010 thru May 31, 2011.

2010-092 Resolution authorizing the escrow agent to pay related debt issue costs of the general obligation refunding bonds series 2010.

2010-093 Tax Collector authorized to extend the grace period for the 3rd quarter tax payments of August 1, 2010 until August 31, 2010 due to not receiving tax rate certification until July 16, 2010 and bills not mailed until July 30, 2010.

2010-094 Borough Council authorized the close-out payment to GenServe Inc. for the installation of an emergency generator for the fire department subject to the contractor submitting a one year maintenance bond in the amount of $8,716.48.

2010-095 Borough Council authorize CME Associates to file an application to NJDOT for the purpose of receiving a grant for the paving and curb work of Beebe Avenue in its entirety and Adirondack Avenue between Beebe Avenue and Burlington Avenue and the appropriate officials to execute said application.

2010-096 Award contract to Meco, Inc. for 2010 Roadway Improvements
