ORDINANCE 11-2007

AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A SPECIAL EMERGENCY APPROPRIATION FOR THE PREPARATION AND UPDATING OF THE MASTER PLAN IN THE BOROUGH OF SPOTSWOOD, COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, FOR USE OF THE BOROUGH OF SPOTSWOOD, NEW JERSEY.

2007-118 Tax Collector authorized to extend grace period for the August 1, 2007 tax quarter 25 days from the mailing of the tax bills due to delay in certification of the 2007 tax rate.

2007-119 Borough Council authorize CME associates to prepare the NJDOT Trust Fund Application and that the appropriate officials execute application and agreement.

2007-119A Borough Council authorize the appropriate officials of the Borough to execute the UFCW Local 888 contract amendments which have been negotiated and agreed upon for the years January 1, 2007 to December 31, 2009.

2007-120 A resolution of the Borough of Spotswood urging the State of New Jersey to take financial responsibility for the cost of a statewide Gypsy Moth Control Program.

2007-122 Resolution authorizing the awarding of a contract by the Borough of Spotswood to the Law Office of John G. Hudak, Esq., LLC for the purpose of acting as Bond Council and the appropriate officials to execute said contract.

2007-123 Payment of Bills
