ORDINANCE FOR DETERMINING POSITIONS ELIGIBLE FOR THE DEFINED CONTRIBUTION RETIREMENT PROGRAM

2008-151 Tax Collector to refund certain homeowners for State of New Jersey Homestead Rebate Program toward payment of delinquent 2007 taxes.

2008-152 CFO authorized to release balance of escrow to property owners of block 7, lot 14 in the amount of $150.00.

2008-153 Borough Council authorize CME Associates to prepare bids and specs for project known as Fire Department Emergency Generator not to exceed $5380.00 and the Borough Clerk to advertise for said bids.

2008-154 Borough Council authorize CME Associates to prepare bids and specs for project known as new triple combination pumper fire truck not to exceed $1400.00 and the Borough Clerk to advertise for said bids.

2008-155 Borough Council authorize the release of Performance Bond posted by the developer of Gordon Park Estates, recommended by CME Associates and the posting of a two (2) year maintenance bond in the amount of $86,605.88 and payment of any outstanding fees due the engineer and Borough.
