AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF SPOTSWOOD, IN THE COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE ENTERING INTO, EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF A LEASE AND AGREEMENT WITH THE MIDDLESEX COUNTY IMPROVEMENT AUTHORITY RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF COUNTY-GUARANTEED CAPITAL EQUIPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 2009 OF THE MIDDLESEX COUNTY IMPROVEMENT AUTHORITY.

A LOAN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF SPOTSWOOD, IN THE COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX, STATE OF NEW JERSEY APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE ENTERING INTO, EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF A LOAN AND SECURITY AGREEMENT WITH THE MIDDLESEX COUNTY IMPROVEMENT AUTHORITY FOR THE UNDERTAKING OF VARIOUS 2009 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AND THE ACQUISITION AND INSTALLATION, AS APPLICABLE, OF VARIOUS EQUIPMENT WITH AN ESTIMATED COST OF $300,000, THE COST OF SUCH IMPROVEMENTS AND EQUIPMENT TO BE FINANCED THROUGH THE ISSUANCE OF COUNTY-GUARANTEED CAPITAL EQUIPMENT AND IMPROVEMENT REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 2009 OF THE MIDDLESEX COUNTY IMPROVEMENT AUTHORITY.

ORDINANCE 16-2009

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING THE SALARY ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF SPOTSWOOD ENTITLED “AN AMENDMENT TO AN ORDINANCE FIXING AND ESTABLISHING THE SALARIES AND WAGES OF CERTAIN EMPLOYEES OF THE BOROUGH OF SPOTSWOOD, COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX, STATE OF NEW JERSEY”

2009-128 Tax overpayment for property known as bl. 85.2, lot 1 in the amount of $1570.65.

2009-129 Advice and consent of the Borough Council for renewal of professional services contract for Bond Council.

2009-130 Resolution opposing “Fast Track” legislation issued by the New Jersey State Legislature.

2009-131 Borough Council authorized Chief Karl Martin to salvage the 1999 BMW motorcycle to Ocean Salvage in the amount of $888.00.

2009-132 Borough Council authorized the Chief of Police to appoint adult crossing guards for terms not to exceed nine months for the school year 2009-2010.

2009-133 Adoption of 2009 Municipal Budget in the amount of $9,392,218.93.

2009-134 Chapter 159 – contributions for motorcycle traffic enforcement in the amount of $3857.00, resolution providing for the insertion of any special item of revenue in the budget of a municipality pursuant to NJSA 40A:4-87 (Chapter 159 P.L. 1948).

2009-135 Borough Council authorize the appropriate officials of the Borough to enter into an EMS non-exclusive billing and accounts receivable service contract with SBE commencing October 1, 2009 for the purpose of a 3rd party payment plan for EMS.
