RESOLUTIONS - UNDER CONSENT AGENDA

2007-135 Borough Council authorize the Tax Collector to refund $2,731.78 taxes already paid for the year 2007 due to total disabled veteran exemption was approved by the Tax Assessor.

2007-136 Borough Council authorize the Tax Collector to refund $51.54 due to tax over payment for property known as Block 69, Lots 4, 5 & 6.

2007-137 Authorization is given to appropriate borough officials to execute a lease with Sprint Spectrum, LP for the leasing of cellular antennae space on the borough's water standpipe for a yearly fee of $28,800.

2007-138 Authorization is given to Chief Martin to salvage the 2005 Ford Crown Victoria police cruiser, which sustained damages that exceed its actual cash value, in a July 2007 accident, to the Stadium Salvage Company for $800.00.

2007-139 Borough Council authorize Mayor Zagnit to sign an Indemnification Agreement with East Brunswick Police Training Facility so that the Spotswood Police Department can train for mandated firearms qualification.

2007-140 CFO authorized to refund $329.00 to the resident at 80 Crescent Avenue for a pool permit fee due to non installation of said pool.

2007-141 CFO authorized to refund the balance of police services fee in the amount of $84.60 to Diane & Marty Talavera at 290 Main Street in the Borough.

2007-142 Borough Council wish to re appoint Russell Like to a four year term as a full member of the Zoning Board of Adjustments.

2007-143 Professional service contract with the Borough and French & Parrello Associates to prepare certain documents for the NJDEP DeVoe Lake Dam.
