2009-137 Third party tax redemption certificate #070001 in the amount of $16,037.53 for property known as block 10.2, Lots 31 & 32.

2009-138 Borough Council authorize the Clerk to issue a wrecker license to George Logan Towing, Inc. to be added to the police tow list.

2009-139 Mayor and Borough Council authorize the B.A. and Clerk to hold a public auction of personal property such as vehicles, bikes and office equipment no longer needed by the Borough to be held on September 26, 2009 at 9 AM at the Borough Yard.

2009-140 Chapter 159 – CDBG award of Safe Housing Program $25,900, Senior Center Coordinator $20,000 and ADA Improvements $13,540.
