2008-157: Borough Council authorize the appropriate officials to execute an Inter Local with Middlesex County to stripe Brunswick Avenue.

2008-158: Acceptance resolution for approval of final plans and specifications for the inter local with Middlesex County for the improvements to Summerhill Road, Old Stage Road, Rues Lane intersection improvements.

2008-159: Transfer of 1989 Chevrolet Ambulance no longer in use from Spotswood First Aid to Board of Fire Commissioners, District 1 of East Brunswick for the sum of $1.00.

2008-160 Renewal of contract with John G. Hudak, Esq. LLC, to provide Bond Counsel for the Borough of Spotswood for the year 2008-2009.

2008-161: Zoning board appointments

2008-162: Volunteer tuition credit program governing body to support and participate.

2008-163: Chapter 159 - State of New Jersey - Drunk Driving Enforcement Fund $5,465.13.

2008-164: Award of contract for bid opening on 9/17/08 for the "2008 Water System Improvements" to Mott Place and Willard Clark Circle area to Interstate Contracting & Excavating LLC from Newark, NJ, the lowest most responsible bidder in the amount of $158,332.00.
