2009-143 Chapter 159 – State of New Jersey – Drunk Driving Enforcement Fund. $5889.19.

2009-144 Chapter 159 – County of Middlesex – History grant $1740.00 for Cultural & Heritage commission.

2009-145 Tax appeal filed with Middlesex County and granted for property known as Block 94.6, Lot 52 with a tax refund of $2954.71.

2009-146 Interlocal Agreement to Purchase Live Scan Fingerprint System by Middlesex County with FY2009 Homeland Security Law Enforcement terrorism Prevention & Preparedness Funds for the Spotswood Police Department’s use.

2009-147 Lease agreement with Williams Harley Davidson to lease a 2010 Harley Davidson Police Motorcycle.
