RESOLUTIONS - UNDER CONSENT AGENDA

Copies of the resolutions under consent agenda are available for perusal only on the table. Anyone desiring a copy may contact the Clerk after the meeting.

2008-167: Chapter 159 - CDBG, Safe Housing Program and Senior Center Coordinator.

2008-168: Adding a depository to our list of depositories - Investors Savings Bank.

2008-169: Borough Council authorize the release of lease agreement with Sprint, per Sprints request.

2008-170: Mayor and Council appoint Lori Martin to the Registrar of Vital Statistics with a term commencing October 1, 2008 and expiring on December 31, 2011.

2008-171: Borough Council reappoint certain members of the Zoning Board of Adjustments, whose terms expired on October 1, 2008.

2008-172: Borough Council authorize the appropriate officials to sign an indemnification agreement for the use of the East Brunswick Police Training Facility for the Borough's Police Officers.

2008-173: Mayor and Council appoint Dawn McDonald as Deputy Registrar of Vital Statistics to work along with the Borough's Appointed Registrar for a three year term.

2008-174: Borough Council authorize the reduction of a performance bond for property known as Block 77, Lots 1.01, 2 & # and Block 84, Lots 11 & 12 per recommendation of CME.

2008-175: Resolution authorizing the issuance of a Junkyard license to Giancola's for operation of the junkyard for the remainder of 2008.
