2007-160 Borough Council authorize the release of performance bond to Renaissance properties for project known as Renaissance Square Site advised by letter of September 25, 2007 by CME Associates that all required work has been completed and release is subject to developer posting a two year maintenance bond, payment of any outstanding engineering inspection fees and any outstanding Borough fees.

2007-161 Borough Council authorize the reduction of performance bond for Brother Investment, LLC in connection with site improvements for Outcalt Avenue as recommended by letter of September 28, 2007 from CME Associates.

2007-162 Borough Council request installation of a street light on JCP&L Pole #JC816SPT.

2007-163 Borough Council request and urge the Legislature and Governor Corzine to restore full funding for County and Municipal PARIS Grants which is for grants for county and municipal government efforts in the management, storage and preservation of public records.
