ORDINANCE 1ST READING – PUBLIC HEARING – NOVEMBER 9, 2009

ORDINANCE 17- 2009

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE BOROUGH OF SPOTSWOOD BY AMENDING MUNICIPAL FEES CHAPTER 91 SECTION 7 BY ADDING “ELECTRONIC COPY OF TAX RECORDS”.

RESOLUTIONS – UNDER CONSENT AGENDA

2009-150 Mayor and Council approve the Identity Theft Policy.

2009-151 Mayor and Council the appropriate officials to complete and submit the appropriate Middlesex County Sustainable Economic Growth Improvement Fund application to purchase and install solar powered pedestrian warning beacons.

2009-152 Borough Council authorize the CFO to release the balance of escrow of $850.00 for property known as block 17, lot 51.

2009-153 Borough Council authorize the CFO to release the balance of escrow of $800.00 for property known as block 52, lot 9.

2009-154 Borough Council grant wrecker license to Riporti’s Auto Mall of Old Bridge to be added to the Police Tow List for the remainder of year 2009.

2009-155 Payment of Bills.
