ORDINANCE - FIRST READING - PUBLIC HEARING NOVEMBER 10, 2008

ORDINANCE 2008-17:

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 229 AND SECTION 230 OF THE CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF SPOTSWOOD CONSOLIDATING MUNICIPAL PLANNING AND ZONING POWERS IN THE SPOTSWOOD PLANNING BOARD AND EXPANDING THE ALTERNATE MEMBERSHIP THEREOF

2008-178: Borough Council authorize refund of Homestead Rebate to the State of New Jersey in the amount of $1,092.33 for Block 111.2, Lot 5.

2008-179: Borough Council authorize refund of Homestead Rebates to homeowners for Block 104, Lot 2 C0403 in the amount of $520.28 and Block 111.1, Lot 17 in the amount of $1,530.17.

2008-180: Borough Council authorize refund of tax overpayment of $1,488.38 for Block 42, Lot 2 to GMAC Mortgage.

2008-181: Borough Council urges the N.J. State Legislature to re-introduce and enact Assembly Bill A3001 and Senate Bill S2809 requiring signs posted by motor fuel dealers to be clearly visible and to indicate motor fuel prices for cash and credit card customers.
