2006-170 Borough Council authorize the appropriate officials to execute a contract with the Borough's School Crossing Guards, including the amendments which have been negotiated and agreed upon for the period of January 1, 2006 to December 31, 2008.
2006-171 Borough Council authorize the appropriate officials to execute an amendment to the Cingular Wireless antennae lease agreement.
2006-172 Borough Engineer recommends approval of the close out change order request as well as final payment to Z Brothers Concrete Contractors, Inc. in the amount of $ 60,254.06 without the requirement of the contractor submitting a maintenance bond due to the time delay in acquiring funding from the NJDOT as well as the fact that the contractor's work was completed in August of 2005.
2006-173 Release of Dimitrakis General Contractor refund of $ 1000.00 Road Opening Bond inspected by the DPW stating that the property involved is in satisfactory condition.
2006- Payment of Bills.
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
2006-162 Borough Council give advice and consent to enable Edward H. Herman to serve as Municipal Judge of the Municipal Court of the Borough of Spotswood for a term expiring October 1, 2009 for a yearly salary of $ 17,752.67 yearly.
