RESOLUTIONS - UNDER CONSENT AGENDA

2007-166 Borough Council authorize the CFO to pay the sum of $16,113.48 for tax sale certificate #060006 and $2,100 for the premium that was paid by the lien holder.

2007-167 Borough Engineer recommends the approval of close out change order request as well as final payment to Big Daddy Construction in the amount of $32,345.77 subject to the posting of a one year maintenance bond in the amount of $33,354.30.

2007-168 Borough Council authorize the CFO to draw checks for firefighters for clothing allowance for the year 2007.

2007-169 Borough Council authorize the retaining of Key-Tech for the extraction of cores on Madie Avenue and its work in this regard in the amount of $1,100.

2007-170 Per CME Associates release of performance bond for Gillette Industrial Park is recommended and the waiving of a two (2) year maintenance bond.

2007-171 Appropriation transfers within the 2007 budget during the last two months of the year.

2007-172 Chapter 159 - special items anticipated with prior written consent public and private revenues offset with appropriations -State of New Jersey - Drunk Driving Enforcement Fund $3,543.52.
