AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF SPOTSWOOD, CHAPTER 199 ENTITLED "VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC" BY ADDING A NEW SUBSECTION 199-20.1, "DESIGNATED TRAFFIC SIGNALS" AND A SCHEDULE XVII ENTITLED "DESIGNATED TRAFFIC SIGNALS"

2006-176 Chapter 159 - CDBG Middlesex County in the amount of $35,900.
2006-177 Authorize Tax collector to refund Ms. Hatton her New Jersey Saver rebate in the amount of $215.88 for property known as Block 104, Lot 2.
2006-178 Appropriation Transfers within the 2006 budget during the last two months of the year.
2006-179 Professional Service Contract for Gary M. Schwartz to commence a lawsuit upon Order to Show Cause as a result of contamination of Borough property by the owner for property known as Block 17, Lot 20 and Block 20, Lot 1 at a fee not to exceed $5,000.
2006-180 Mayor and Municipal Clerk authorized and directed to execute Inter local Service Agreements between the Spotswood Library and Middlesex County for operating a centralized computer service system and related services for the libraries of Middlesex County, Middlesex County college and other municipalities.
2006-181 Payment of bills.
